A 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2240 Square foot cabin on 3 acres with a great winter mountain VIEW (could easily be a fantastic year round view)... And with it comes a 1/3 undivided interest in the surrounding 14.3 acres with a POND on it! The POND has a picnic table and gravel road going to it (currently walkable - but driveway to pond currently has no turn around - SHORT WALK TO POND! The pond is feed by a creek as well as an underground spring and the owners of the 3 cabins in this gated area have stocked the pond from time to time (so grandkids could FISH!). Vogel State Park is 16 miles away, Blairsville is 25 miles away, Cleveland is 16 miles away, Helen (and Unico State Park & Anna Ruby Falls is 24 miles away. And for the fun, but, not so much into hiking and biking and fishing folks Ca. there are 3 wineries very close to each other (Frogtown, Kaya, Three Sisters) about 7 miles away and Cavender Creek Winery (my favorite!) is 9.7 miles from the cabin.
